The LabelHash Server

The LabelHash tools and ViewMatch plugin are distributed under the Rice University software distribution license. Make sure you understand the terms of this license. We are currently offering the following downloads:

• The LabelHash tools, version 1.0.2 (release notes)
  
  • Compatible with Chimera 1.5: [Mac OS X] [64-bit Linux] [32-bit Linux]
  • Compatible with Chimera 1.4: [Mac OS X] [64-bit Linux] [32-bit Linux]

  The package includes the command line utilities, a Python module and the ViewMatch plugin for Chimera. The ViewMatch plugin allows you to visualize the matches produced by either the LabelHash web server or the command line version.

  The LabelHash tools have been compiled with OpenMPI support. This means you need to have the OpenMPI runtime environment installed (even if you don't plan on running anything in parallel). On OS X OpenMPI is already installed, and on Linux you can easily install OpenMPI through your package manager.

• The ViewMatch plugin, version 1.0.2
  
  • Compatible with Chimera 1.5: [ViewMatch.zip].
  • Compatible with Chimera 1.4: [ViewMatch.zip].

  This download is intended for users of Chimera who are mainly interested in visualizing matches generated by the web server and are not planning to use the command line tools. The ViewMatch module also relies on the OpenMPI runtime environment, even though at this point the plugin itself is not running anything in parallel. On OS X OpenMPI is already installed, and on Linux you can easily install OpenMPI through your package manager.

• A snapshot of the PDB [pdb.zip]
  It saves you the trouble of having to download the individual PDB files for your matches.
• The giant LabelHash table for the PDB [pdb.lhash3]
  This is the same LabelHash table we use in most of our experiments. This download is close to 100GB (!).
